Vendors

Vendors are responsible for:

• Shipping
• Returns and warranties

Athletes (Buyers)

Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Use products responsibly

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via third-party providers.

Event Refunds

Defined by the Race Organizer.

Product Refunds

Defined by the Vendor and applicable consumer law.

SURU SPORTS is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Product defects
• Refund decisions (unless legally required)

6. User Responsibilities

Organizers

Must ensure:

• Event legality
• Safety
• Required permits

Vendors

Must ensure:

• Product legality
• Product quality
• Consumer law compliance

Athletes

Acknowledge sports risks and participate at their own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

SURU SPORTS is not liable for:

• Injuries
• Faulty products
• Vendor actions
• Organizer actions
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to SURU SPORTS unless otherwise stated.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services and are not responsible for their content or policies.

10. Modifications, Interruptions and Termination

We may modify or suspend the Service at any time. We may terminate accounts for misuse or violations.

Governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
